Who we are

PageLift AI (“PageLift”, “we”, “us”) is a Shopify app that helps merchants generate and publish storefront pages using AI. Contact: support@pageliftai.com.

Data we process

• Shopify shop domain, access tokens, and theme access tokens you connect
• Product catalog data you choose to bind to a page (title, price, images, availability)
• Page schemas, prompts, and published theme assets we create on your behalf
• Billing plan and usage meters (AI generations, published slots)
• Optional Theme Access tokens stored encrypted-at-rest in our database for direct publish

How we use data

To generate pages, publish Liquid/JSON to your theme, enforce plan limits, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your store data.

AI providers

Prompts and structured page content may be sent to third-party model providers (e.g. via OpenRouter) solely to generate your requested page. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts.

Retention & deletion

When you uninstall the app we revoke tokens and delete or anonymize store-linked page data and published PageLift theme assets where possible, in line with Shopify’s GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

Your rights

Merchants and, where applicable, end customers may request access or deletion via Shopify’s privacy webhooks or by emailing support@pageliftai.com.
